Welcome to zivaafix (hereinafter referred to as the “Brand”), which is owned, operated, and managed under the legal entity Elevate Biz (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

By purchasing, accessing, or subscribing to our automated AI diagnostic reporting services on our website (https://zivaafix.online), you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. No Cancellations

Due to the digital, instantaneous, and automated nature of our AI generation systems, once a form submission is processed and payment is successfully completed, a request for cancellation of the service cannot be accommodated. All transactions are final.

2. Strict Refund Eligibility Criteria

Because our service involves the immediate provisioning of digital, downloadable data and custom AI computational resources, we maintain a strict No Refund policy.

A refund will ONLY be initiated under the single, explicit condition outlined below:

  • Failure to Deliver: A refund will be issued if, and only if, the system completely fails to deliver your generated AI diagnostic report to you through all of our available delivery channels—including your provided WhatsApp number, your provided Email address, AND the downloadable button link on the website’s post-submission interface.

3. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the specific AI analysis, wording, layout, metrics, or diagnostic insights provided within the report.

  • A change of mind after the payment has been successfully authorized.

  • Inputting an incorrect, invalid, or inactive WhatsApp number or Email address during the form submission process.

4. Refund Processing

If you believe your transaction meets the sole criteria for a refund (complete failure of delivery across website download, email, and WhatsApp), you must contact our support team at our official communication channels within 7 days of the transaction. Once verified that a technical delivery failure occurred and no report was rendered, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy, along with all operations of the zivaafix brand by Elevate Biz, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal claims, actions, demands, or disputes arising out of, relating to, or in connection with these services, transactions, or refund requests shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammu only.
